Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 6–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible products and promotional offers.

  • For products that require a shipping fee, the applicable charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photos of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
